Lewis grew up in south Louisiana’s heart of sugar cane country where summertime fun was running through cane fields with rows of tall purplish cane stalks with green ribbon leaves. Lynn loves to create unique dishes and treats with desserts and sweets being her specialty from the start.  The Savoies with their southern roots find Louisiana food and southern hospitality synonymous so sharing their confectionery creations with friends and family is a natural extension of their culinary passion and love for southern flair.
